Location: Preston
Salary: £14.25 – £14.75 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-time or part-time

• Deliver person-centred care that empowers independence and quality of life
• Follow and contribute to care plans, behaviour support plans, and risk assessments
• Promote a safe, supportive and respectful living environment
• Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities
