As Team Leader for the Evening Shift, you’ll take full responsibility for:

• Managing a team of 15 motivated colleagues during the afternoon and evening shifts
• Overseeing the production and logistics process with a strong focus on quality
• Leading by example — working hands-on with your team to ensure a smooth operation
• Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring machines are in top condition
• Ensuring effective handovers between day and evening shifts
• Handling production orders in our ERP system
