Your tasks

• They professionally lead a team of around 15 employees, take over resource planning and are responsible for the organization and monitoring of services.
• They organize the support of the financial SAP modules and processes for our customers.
• They develop ideas and concepts for the further development of SAP financial services.
• They create documentation and process descriptions for the department.
• They advise our clients on projects.
• They support sales through targeted marketing activities and acquisition efforts.
• They contribute to the optimization of existing processes and the product portfolio and implement the defined measures for the successful further development of the center within their team.
• They adapt the center's strategy, lead the team with goals and figures, and demonstrate the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals using key performance indicators.
• They collaborate with other teams and centers and contribute to the implementation of the company strategy and the achievement of the company's goals.
• They keep an eye on developments and trends in their field.
