Leadership roles within our frontline services help achieve our mission of making a difference through passionate care, support, and education. To support this, you will be required to have a minimum of the following qualification levels:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in working with children and/or young people will be required with additional line management experience beneficial.
• The ability to lead a team effectively by promoting a positive culture, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and having the ability to work well as part of a team
