ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity to join the team as new growth has created this Team Leader position! In our Family Preservation program, you will be focused on ensuring your team are positioned to provide exceptional services to families so that it reduces the risk of children entering out of home care.
Reporting to the Manager Family Preservation, and managing a team of 6-7 direct reports, you will have proven experience within Child Protection. Joining a vibrant skilled program that provides many opportunities for professional growth and development, you will be working with a team of 4 team leaders collaboratively across the program.
