Do you have strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities? At Family Visions Inc., we are seeking a Team Leader who is ready to guide a team, coordinate residential operations, and ensure a high quality of life for individuals in our care.
The Team Leader acts as the on-site facility manager and mentor, combining administrative oversight with hands-on support. If you’re a responsible, compassionate individual looking to grow within a progressive, person-centered organization, we want to hear from you.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Grade 12 education minimum; post-secondary education preferred
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities required
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
