£27,620 per annum + On-Call Payments + 45p/mile mileage

We support adults (18+) who, for various reasons, are unable to manage certain aspects of daily life or access the community. All profits made by the agency are donated to the Hospice to further its work to improve life for people living with a progressive illness.
We’re proudly rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) — and we’re looking for a new Team Leader to help us continue delivering exceptional community care across Woodbridge, Ipswich, and the surrounding areas.

WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS:

Team Leader, Senior Carer, Care Supervisor, Field Care Supervisor, Lead Carer, Domiciliary Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, Home Care Team Leader, Community Care Supervisor, Care Manager (Entry-Level), Support Worker (Senior), Residential Team Leader, or other roles within health and social care.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and support a team of Home Carers in the community
• Help with day-to-day operations of the agency
• Deliver direct care and support to clients when needed
• Be part of the on-call support rota
• Work shifts including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
