Description
As a Relief Team Leader in the Fibreline operations group, you will supervise a crew of approximately 12-15 operators with the objective of ensuring the safe, environmentally conscious, cost-effective production of premium Kraft pulp. This is a full-time position that entails working shift work, primarily providing vacation/sickness coverage but also can includes periods of day work supporting mill operation or special projects. In addition to your direct reports, you will work closely with the department day staff, which consists of Operating Superintendents, Process Engineers, Maintenance, and E/I. Together with your team, you will help execute the strategies and initiatives that drive safety, environmental compliance, quality, and production goals. Founded in 1882, J.D.
