About the Role

As a Team Leader / Field Supervisor, you will:

• Complete and update care plans and risk assessments
• Coach, mentor, and support care staff to deliver high-quality care
• Conduct spot checks, reviews, and field supervisions
• Provide hands-on care where required
• Support the on-call service on a rota basis
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and CQC standards
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
• Work 1–2 days in the office, with the remainder in the community supporting our care teams

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, reliable, and organised
• Experienced in domiciliary care (minimum 6 months experience)
• Confident in leading, coaching, and supervising others
• Proactive with excellent communication and administrative skills
• Tech-savvy and able to use digital care systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
• Enhanced DBS check (to be completed if not already held)
