TEAM LEADER FOR 32 HRS A WEEK. PERMANENT ROLE AT TOTTENHAM COURT RD.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Tottenham Court Road store.
They get to be part of our unique concept and help us create an atmosphere that’s second to none.

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start of 0700sm to support delivery to starting later until 2000pm to support closing the store.
For this role, must be avaialble to work any extended hours over the festive period..
For this role, essential to have previous Team leader or Supervisor experience.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT?

• A Team Leader supports the management team in the daily operations and is a key player in the store team to role model best practice.
• It’s a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s concept.
• Proficiency on tills and supports with advanced till functions.
• Handle tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns, escalating them to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Implement and follow Commercial guidelines to meet compliance of store standards.
• Support in leading the store team.
