Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB The role is to manage and develop a team of insight analysts to ensure high client satisfaction through the timely delivery of high-quality analyses and recommendations. The Team Leader will need to negotiate and align with internal stakeholders from local NIQ teams in Western Europe and/or external clients to manage the clients’ expectations, as well as continuously upskill their direct reports to achieve advanced market and industry knowledge, data interpretation expertise, communication and storytelling skills. The role requires working on-site in Warsaw, Poland, 2 days/week. Remote work is available for the remaining days. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Service Delivery Ensure services meet client needs, specifications, and company quality standards. Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term objectives. Oversee task prioritization and maintain clear communication across teams. Manage client expectations and consult with local market teams for feedback and project details. Team Leadership & Development Manage and develop direct reports to meet client requirements and demonstrate required competencies. Set high performance standards; provide support, recognition, and feedback. Drive engagement, motivation, and a strong team culture focused on exceeding client expectations. Allocate work based on capacity, skills, and aspirations. Set objectives, monitor progress, give feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Foster knowledge sharing, recognition, and best practice adoption. Develop top talent and ensure succession planning. Participate in recruitment for the team and department. Strategic Alignment Ensure that strategic objectives and KPIs are met within the team and department. Collaborate with peers and supervisors to achieve common goals.
