We are looking for you as a Store Manager / Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Food of Asia  at  Düsseldorf Central Station, full-time, starting  immediately .

Your job is so exciting:

• You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure harmonious collaboration.
• As our number one on site, you create the duty roster, ensure compliance with our quality standards and always have an open ear for your employees.
• You manage the KPIs of your team and your store in a results-oriented manner.
• Furthermore, you always keep an eye on the inventory and revenue security, and you conduct inventories.

You will need to bring the following:

• You have already gained experience in the restaurant industry.
• Business administration knowledge will help you understand the relationships and key figures in the restaurant business.
• You combine a hands-on mentality with a confident demeanor.
• You are willing to work shifts and weekends. We are happy to accommodate your individual needs.
• You have very good German skills.
