Your tasks

Working on the production lines
Leadership and motivation of a production team
Ensuring a smooth and timely production process in accordance with recipes, quality and performance indicators.
Monitoring and implementation of hygiene, cleanliness and order regulations
Implementation and assurance of all guidelines in the area of occupational safety and quality management

This is what you bring with you

You have completed training in the food industry – ideally as a food technologist or alternatively as a cook, baker, confectioner, or butcher.
Management experience in the food industry is an advantage.
Good technical understanding (operation of equipment)
Sound knowledge of hygiene standards and quality assurance, especially HACCP
Assertiveness, team spirit and a high degree of personal responsibility
Technical understanding and physical resilience
Good German skills, both spoken and written.
