Qualifications:

• Degree in civil engineering or related field to civil engineering.
• Experienced as a team leader of a large, multi-disciplinary consultant team to prepare detailed design and construction supervision for major construction projects of magnitude and nature similar to those of the proposed works. (at least 3 projects)
• Experienced with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and contract management in ensuring the overall quality assurance for the detailed design and works in compliance with international quality assurance standards and conditions of the contract.
• Experience in preparing bidding documents for works, preferably for projects financed by international financing institutions
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English

• 6 months (Design)+ 18 months (Supervision)
