Job Description: Position Overview CBE Companies is seeking an organized and motivated Team Leader responsible for overseeing the daily performance of both sales and technical support operations. The Provider Team Leader ensures that Provider Employees operate effectively, follow structured processes, and maintain productive engagement with customers. In addition, the Provider Team Leader supports oversight of website development and SEO-related initiatives by coordinating with Provider Tech Employees ensuring that customer websites are properly structured to support AI marketing and lead generation. This role requires an individual who understands both sales activity management and the fundamentals of website performance and SEO, and who can help ensure that both functions support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Team Management § Monitor daily sales activity and ensure Provider Employees maintain consistent engagement with prospects § Support sales representatives in managing pipelines and progressing opportunities § Provide guidance on effective sales conversations, objection handling, and customer engagement § Ensure sales team members follow Company processes and operational standards § Assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and workflow efficiency Website & SEO Oversight § Coordinate with WordPress website builders regarding website development and updates § Monitor website functionality, usability, and overall digital performance § Ensure websites follow basic SEO best practices including page structure, headings, metadata, and content organization § Assist in identifying website improvements that support lead generation and marketing performance § Support the implementation of landing pages, website updates, and marketing-related digital assets Operations & Workflow Coordination § Maintain communication between sales teams, digital teams, management, and Company executives § Ensure sales and digital initiatives align with Company growth objectives § Assist in resolving operational issues that affect sales performance or website functionality § Monitor internal workflows and recommend improvements when necessary § Support the implementation of new tools, processes, or technology used by the team Performance Monitoring & Reporting § Track sales performance metrics and activity levels § Monitor team productivity and operational efficiency § Report performance insights and operational updates to management § Identify patterns or issues affecting team performance and recommend corrective actions CBE Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
