About the Job The Team Leader for the WEB Platform Team will oversee operations in Slovakia (SK) and Hungary (HU), focusing on web and application servers and applications. This role involves leading a team of experienced technicians according to Allianz leadership values, with a strong emphasis on automation and standardization of processes and procedures. You will guide the team based on goals and priorities derived from the Allianz Technology strategy and department directions, ensuring the implementation and achievement of these objectives while supporting the personal development and career growth of your team members What you do Develop and implement strategic plans for automation and standardization within the WEB Platform Team, ensuring alignment with other teams. Lead people following the Allianz People Attributes, leadership values and guidelines. Resolve business issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Assume full responsibility for FTE, budget, quality, and delivery of output and costs. Delegate, prioritize and control tasks, balance workloads, and steer capacity in the team. Communicate, ensure proactive information management, and guide employees through change initiatives. Build all people-related processes e.g., recruiting, performance management, and compensation with the guidance of the relevant People & Culture counterparts. What you bring Develop and implement strategic plans for automation and standardization within the WEB Platform Team, ensuring alignment with Allianz Technology strategy and department directions. Experience with automation of deployment processes, specifically using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or similar. Expertise in organizational transformation and change management. Degree or equivalent professional experience. Relevant work experience in the area of responsibility. Process and project management training or certification desirable. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
