Job Description
For our Front Office team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and positive Team Leader. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. As a Team Leader, you also understand the importance of coaching your team so that they can continue to grow.
It is your passion to, together with the team, give our guests a fantastic welcome. During your shift, you are responsible for 2 to 3 team members and, together with them, ensure the smooth running of the shift. You are part of an enthusiastic team and actively take part in operations yourself. You know how to organize your time so that, by the end of your shift, all administrative tasks are also completed. As a Team Leader, you are responsible for handling complaints in a positive way, making sure your team is well-trained in different procedures, and always thinking in terms of solutions and improvements. You see it as a challenge to continuously enhance the guest experience.
In addition, every Team Leader has a personal responsibility, for example being an ALL Ambassador. In this role, you ensure that the whole team is fully informed about the ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty program and that every guest is signed up as a member.
