Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests. Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to hotel standards and service quality. Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences. Monitor cash handling, billing, and reservations accuracy. Salary Details: Competitive Salary provided - AED 2,500 Language Allowance for Arabic Speakers - AED 350 Service Charge Average - AED 700 Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate Qualifications Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can!
