We partner with some of Australia’s largest and most recognised insurance businesses, alongside specialist insurers, brokers, underwriting agencies, claims organisations and professional services firms nationally.

We’re now looking for an experienced recruiter to lead our Brisbane Insurance team and progress the next phase of its growth.

The opportunity

You’ll inherit a highly successful, well-established insurance desk with an extensive client network, strong existing relationships and a consistent flow of recruitment opportunities.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining your own client and recruitment activity with team leadership, strategy and business development.

Importantly, you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape the Brisbane operation while leveraging the strength of our national Insurance team, our established client base and the Fuse brand.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, coach and develop our Brisbane Insurance recruitment team
• Take ownership of an established and highly successful recruitment desk
• Manage and grow relationships with existing insurance clients
• Develop new opportunities across the Queensland market
• Remain hands-on with key recruitment assignments and strategic accounts
• Build your team as the market and portfolio continue to grow
• Collaborate with our national Insurance team on major clients and opportunities
• Play an active role in the broader leadership and growth of the division

About you

You’ll ideally be an experienced agency recruiter with a background in Insurance, Financial Services or another professional services market.

You may already be leading a team, or you might be a successful Senior/Principal Consultant ready to take your first formal leadership opportunity.
