This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Manager based in Llantrisant. The Team Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of telemarketers, and ensure that team members meet performance targets and provide excellent service. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews, and implementing training and development programs. The Team Manager will also coordinate with other departments to optimize processes and contribute to business goals.
