Company Description IOTA Group, a leading Swiss international technical consulting firm, is seeking a qualified Team Leader - General Services to support projects for one of its clients in UAE. Our client is a global multi-energy company engaged in the production and supply of energy worldwide, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and responsible operations. Job Description Job Scope Role involving multiple interfaces with employees, managers, contractors, and government authorities. Management of ageing accommodation units requiring ongoing maintenance. Broad scope of activities across multiple sites, requiring strong coordination. Accountabilities Ensure effective delivery of general services in compliance with company safety standards, policies, and cost-optimization objectives, while supporting employee and family satisfaction. Continuously optimize costs related to rental contracts, works, and maintenance for TotalEnergies and TotalEnergies S.A. offices and accommodations, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery. HSE Responsibilities Comply with the HSE Management System and company rules, procedures, and instructions. Take responsibility for personal safety, the safety of others, and environmental protection in the workplace. Ensure safe work practices, proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment. Report incidents, anomalies, and near misses, and actively participate in HSE meetings, training, and safety initiatives. What you will be doing ? Forecast and manage the General Services (GS) budget, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports and tracking tools. Prepare technical scopes of work, participate in bid evaluations, and manage contracts and renewals (rent, maintenance, catering, security, travel, courier, etc.). Supervise General Services personnel and coordinate office, accommodation, and multi-site interventions. Manage accommodation services, including rent negotiations, tenancy follow-up, maintenance coordination, and employee support. Ensure office and accommodation safety, security, sanitation, and HSE compliance, including inspections and permits. Act as focal point for GS-managed events, lunch services, restaurants, and major company functions. Support corporate events and VIP missions (e.g., ADIPEC, security-related missions). Oversee office operations (maintenance, cleaning, pest control, catering, furniture, internal moves). Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies for all GS-related activities. Maintain GS records, centralize GS communications, and advise management on improvements and changes. Contribute to company image through effective stakeholder coordination and service delivery. Qualifications ➢ A relevant Bachelor’s degree ➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ➢ Fluency (speaking, writing, and reading) English ➢ Minimum 3 years of seniority ➢ Proficiency in Windows XP, Microsoft Office package Additional Information ▪ Place of mobilization: Abu dhabi, UAE ▪ Status (resident / rotation): resident role for 1 year contract (extendable on project requirement) Open to all eligible candidates, with preference for those with Oil & Gas industry and Middle East experience.
