Roster - 6 Week Night Shift Rotating Roster With RDOs. What You'll Be Doing Leading and motivating your team to meet production goals Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members Collaborating across departments to drive performance Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Baker & manufacturing experience Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred) A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI Why Join Us?
