Your role at St John of God Health Care You will lead the Group Admissions team to deliver a high performing and patient centric admissions service and ensuring overall integrity, accuracy and timeliness of all patient admissions. This position delivers a consistently positive patient experience, by ensuring patients receive a patient centred and personalised service with admissions support line and completing patients' admissions. The Position Contribute toward a performance-focused collaborative environment that strives to achieve service excellence. Manage the team to oversee the, processing and validation of patient admissions, health fund checks and supporting caregivers to support patients using the portal. Monitoring of patterns for workflow management. Liaise with Specialist practices where needed. Assist in development and maintenance of procedural information for admissions. Assist with the implementation of process and procedure changes. Liaise regularly with, National Admission Manager and other Admissions Team Leaders to coordinate and drive admissions performance. Develop and maintain a culture of patient centricity and service excellence. Manage the team to oversee patient support hotline and day of procedure admissions activities. Monitoring of patterns for workflow management. Assist with the implementation of process and procedure changes. Manage people, including performance development, coaching, mentoring, team building and recognition. Undertake performance appraisals with caregivers. You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience with admissions processes and procedures in a private hospital environment, along with experience in developing, evaluating and reviewing training programs and resources. You will have the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively to enhance efficiency, quality and overall patient and caregiver experience.
