The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels. To be a brand ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer. These responsibilities are in addition to your primary role as carer and will equate to a few additional hours per month on top of your normal carer hours with us. You will ensure CareAngels in your team are feeling valued, are regularly supervised and you will have an understanding of what motivates them. You will facilitate smooth communication across the care delivery team, run regular cell team meetings to provide and receive feedback. To succeed in this role, you must already be working in a professional care giving role and have achieved or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Lead Adult Care Worker (fully funded, if required).
