FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Team Leader (experience is essential and must be medication trained to be able to carry out a medication round) to join our friendly team.
Highlands is a small 24 bedded independent Residential Care Home set in beautiful surroundings in Woodbridge overlooking the River Deben. Highlands is a not for profit organisation with high standards and great values. Our aim is to enhance the lives of our residents to the fullest as individuals in a happy and homely environment.
The successful candidate’s role will include a mixture of duties including medication administration, supporting and leading the team, Care planning administrative duties, personal care, assisting residents with their daily routine, communication with the GP’s, District Nurses etc.

Shift pattern is 07.45 – 14.00, 13.45 – 21.15, 08.00 – 20.00 & possible nights
