JOB SUMMARY This position will be responsible for coaching, teaching, training and removing barriers to enable High Performance Work Teams to meet their Time, Cost and Quality goals and to be accountable for their technical and behavioral standards. Manufacturing processes need to be followed and controlled to include but are not limited to the Performance Management process, Certification process and Production and Quality control. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Coaching, training and facilitating team performance to meet or exceed time cost and quality goals and measures. Coach both individual and the team on performance, behavioral, technical aspects of their jobs or duties ensure quality training is taking place within the certification requirements for all employees whether on initial (new hire) skill training or additional skill training. Facilitate and remove barriers for teams when situations arise. Utilize reporting processes to ensure the team is staying within their designated goals Responsible for the team’s performance management process to include staffing, recruitment/retention, performance reviews, workforce planning, quality processes and recognition. Interview and select candidates that meet the necessary criteria to fulfill the team’s goals and objectives. Recognize and conduct initiatives to retain employees within the team to ensure the team can move towards it’s high performance goals. Conduct annual performance reviews, guide the team on it’s workforce planning initiatives, ensuring the correct skill set of team members is working in areas where goals will best be attained. Ensure all team members are following quality guidelines policies and procedures. Leading and/or facilitating special projects that enable continuous improvement of Team/Plant performance in alignment with Performance Excellence guidelines. Qualifications EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) EXPERIENCE 2 - 3 years of Manufacturing experience KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs specifically Word and Excel Above average multi-tasking and organizational skills necessary Project management skills DECISION MAKING Accountable for Team decision making as it relates to Production/Quality/Staffing Results/Reasons/Outcomes/Action Additional Information Salary Range: $57,000- $65,000 plus shift difference of $3,640 annually with a 8% bonus opportunity Hours: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:30PM - 10:30PM Applications will be accepted until the posted deadline Monday April 27th, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified.
