• Ensure relevant SOP / ISOP and information packs are on display during production.
• Inspection and ensuring quality including first offs / last offs.
• Ensure all operators have sufficient labels and packaging.
• Conduct hourly checks during production ensuring quality standards are too high standards.
• Effective communication and encapsulate all production details in (Werma) software to ensure this.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and make sure machines are immaculate.
• Ensure that all machines and processes are operating correctly without issues.
• Inform technicians of any issues with machines and processes. Aid in the training of operators in conjunction with training officer.
• Be able to carry out a safe shutdown at the end of shifts.
