JOB TITLE: TEAM LEADER - IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Team Leader - Immigration Consultant to oversee and inspire our team of dedicated immigration specialists. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in immigration consulting, complemented by leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration consulting, with a comprehensive understanding of visa and immigration procedures.
• At least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedural requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in immigration consulting are advantageous.

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficient processing and timely completion of client cases.
• Drive the achievement of individual and team goals, including client satisfaction and business growth targets.
• Review and approve visa and immigration application submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to current laws and regulations.
• Handle complex or escalated client issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team informed about updates in immigration policies, legal changes, and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing team performance and elevating client service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and deliver a seamless client experience.
