We are actively seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader – Immigration Consultant who already has a team of at least five consultants and is willing to join our company along with their team.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent immigration services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of immigration consultants.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient processing of client applications.
• Drive the achievement of individual and team goals, including meeting or exceeding client satisfaction and business targets.
• Review and approve immigration submissions for accuracy and legal compliance.
• Handle escalated or complex client issues with professionalism and expert knowledge.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on immigration policies, changes in laws, and best practices.
• Implement strategies to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to streamline processes and enhance client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consulting.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Must currently have a team of 5 or more immigration consultants who are ready to join together.
• Strong knowledge of global immigration laws, visa types, and procedures.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Immigration certifications are an added advantage
