THE POSITION

To uphold our “brand quality standard”, we are looking for a Team Leader to oversee operations at one of our exceptional European campsites. As a Team Leader, you will take charge of a team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering a 5-star customer service experience.

• Coach and develop your team to ensure they meet our brand’s high standards.
• Allocate workloads efficiently, assess individual performance, and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure accommodations are clean, fully equipped, and any maintenance is promptly handled.
• Use tools like our booking system, reception apps, and other software to enhance efficiency and service.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to, with swift action on any required measures.
• Maintain excellent relationships with campsite staff, management, and external suppliers.
• Monitor supplies, manage orders, and ensure materials are readily available.
• Effectively managing the inventory and the orders of the material at your disposal.
• Perform other duties as required by your line manager to keep operations running smoothly.
