Nature and Scope: The YMCA of Oakville is the largest not-for-profit Child Care provider in Oakville. We offer high-quality Before and After School programs for children ages 3.8 to 12 years at 40 locations across Oakville and Infant, Toddler and Preschool Child Care programs for children ages 6 weeks to 3.8 years at 11 locations across Oakville.
The Team Leader, Inclusionary Support will provide hands on practical coaching, program support, tools and resources to guide educators in ensuring all children with complex needs are integrated fully into our child care programs. The Team leader, Inclusionary Support will also work collaboratively with the Summer Kindergarten Program to ensure that children with identified and unidentified special needs are effectively integrated into the summer camp setting and have a positive and rewarding experience. The Team leader, Inclusionary Support will play a key role in ensuring that YMCA childcare and summer kinder programs celebrate the uniqueness of each child and allow children to fully participate in character-building, values-based programming.
Competitive Salary & Benefits

Schedule of Work: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
