Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the arcade team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor arcade machines, basic troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave, and daily task allocation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor revenue, redemption transactions, inventory, and operational records.
• Train and guide team members on games, redemption procedures, and service standards.
• Manage birthday parties, reservations, and event requirements.
• Conduct team briefings and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in arcade, entertainment, leisure, retail, hospitality, or similar operations.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and operational management skills.
• Good problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of arcade machines and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
