We are urgently seeking a motivated and result-driven Team Leader to join our Insurance Team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong medical background to handle Submission, Resubmission, Reconciliation and preapprovals efficiently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related software/portals
  • Customer-focused with ability to handle escalations effectively
  • Good personality

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Medical and Accounting Background
  • CPC Certification
  • Atleast 5 years’ experience in a similar role is mandatory with atleast 1 year in a supervisory / lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes, coding (ICD-10, CPT), claims management, and healthcare authority regulations (DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH)
  • Experience in dealing with TPAs, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies.
    Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in Submission, Resubmission, Reconciliation and Knowledge in preapprovals
  • Good Knowledge in HIS
  • Should be able to work closely with Insurance manager, Doctors, RCM Team, other Front Desk Staff and Nurses
  • Should be good in COLLECTION of payments from Insurance Companies
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and internal departments for smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., DHA or relevant insurance authorities)
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Support management in achieving overall departmental and organizational goals
