About the role We’re looking for an experienced and people‑focused Team Leader to lead our Insurance Claims team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance operational delivery with coaching, development and continuous improvement, while ensuring a strong member experience and a robust risk and compliance culture. Responsibilities
