As Team Leader | Integrated Recovery, you will lead and support a team working with customers who have been away from gainful employment for more than 12 months, helping them progress toward sustainable participation and improved recovery outcomes.   This role has a strong focus on people leadership, quality service delivery and achieving positive outcomes for customers and ACC.   You’ll play a pivotal role in providing day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and mentoring, driving performance and consistency and embedding high‑quality customer experiences, contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home and everywhere in between.   The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 to $119,161 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
