You will be responsible for several locations in Berlin and Frankfurt, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations together with your team. You will always keep quality, efficiency, and team spirit in mind. Your work location is either Berlin or Frankfurt.

• Managing employees at locations in Berlin and Frankfurt, including conducting performance reviews, planning development steps, and conveying technical topics.
• Ensuring smooth branch operations while adhering to internal guidelines and legal frameworks.
• Managing and developing team structures as well as strengthening collaboration and exchange within the team
• Implementing measures to improve quality, service and productivity in close coordination with Process & Quality
• Analyzing key performance indicators and deriving and implementing appropriate measures
• Creating reports, analyses and presentations for management
• Ensuring efficient collaboration with our shared service centers
• Identifying optimization potential and actively driving process improvements and automation
