Job Description Ensure the continuity, security, and efficiency of information systems and technologies within the harness manufacturing plant. Manages and supervises the IT / IT Operations org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Oversee servers, networks, computers, and production control systems, including ERP and MES. Ensure proper functioning of ERP, MES, and specialized software for harness production. Implement security policies, backups, and contingency plans. Lead and develop IT team planning activities to meet all requirements and improve service delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate IT solutions and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with IT standards and governance in the harness manufacturing plant. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing plants. Intermediate to advanced English for global customer and supplier interaction. Ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments. Additional Information Upper law benefits. Grocery vouchers.
