We are looking for two Team Leaders to lead and develop their own department, ensuring products are produced in accordance with company quality, health & safety, cost policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and supervising the production process, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards
  • Conduct pre-shift checks, including staff attendance, downtime, and material availability
  • Lead toolbox meetings and discussions to ensure health and safety, quality, and production targets are met
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the production line to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Manage staff absenteeism, return-to-work procedures, and maintain training records
  • Assist with quality control checks, investigations, and audits
  • Collaborate with other departments, including stock control, maintenance, and quality assurance
  • Ensure compliance with environmental cleaning, EHS, and first aid procedures
  • Develop and maintain training records for staff in training and existing staff
  • Assist with projects, audits, and delegated tasks from the Team Manager
