Description:
The Team Leader role plays a crucial part in the success of our La La Land Reserve store. You are supporting both the team and our guests and acting as the eyes and ears of the business. You gather feedback, help solve problems in real time, and keep communication open between the staff and management team.
In this position, you’ll assist the General Manager with operational tasks such as inventory support, shift oversight, and helping ensure every service is executed with excellence and intention. You help maintain high standards while also uplifting team morale.
We take the Supervisor / Team Leader role seriously, as we see it as a training ground for future leaders. You’ll gain access to in-house leadership development programs and growth opportunities across our stores as the company continues to expand.
