BACKGROUND

Sydney Garden Maintenance & Landscaping is growing and we are seeking
expressions of interest from experienced gardeners looking to join our
landscape gardening team for immediate start in a full-time role. The role
involves delivering garden maintenance of the highest standard to our clients
with the support of Sydney Garden Maintenance & Landscaping management.

ABOUT US

Sydney Garden Maintenance & Landscaping was founded in 2006 and
specialises in high quality commercial & residential garden management,
landscape design & landscape construction projects across Sydney (Northern
Beaches/ Upper & Lower North Shore/Sydney City/Eastern Suburbs/Inner
West and surrounding areas).
As a result of our track record and standing within the industry, we are
experiencing significant growth & have a full program of work ahead of us in
2025-2026 with further expansion planned.

Experience:

• Gardening: 1 year (Preferred

• Ongoing coaching and guiding team members to expand their industry

tree and hedge control

• Seasonally applying recommended products such as pest control

solutions and managing

• Bugs and diseases in plants and trees
• Have experience with various irrigation methods and solutions
• Confidently working with the team regarding any landscaping ideas and

designs, identifying

• the right materials and plants to use and then planning landscape

project timelines

• Trimming tree branches and supporting their growth
