We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Team Leader to join our small , but busy, café team. In this hands-on role, you will support the Supervisor and Manager in the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring high standards of customer service, food and drink quality, and team coordination. You’ll help lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
The ideal candidate would have full flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 6.30 and 6.30
Weekend work is normally around 1 every 7 weekends as this is done on a rota’d basis.

• Assist the Supervisor and Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing duties
• Support and guide team members during shifts to ensure smooth service
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle any customer queries or complaints professionally
• Help train new staff and support ongoing development of team members
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and stock rotation
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards are upheld
• Operate till systems and manage cash handling in line with company policies
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support a collaborative working environment
