JOB SUMMARY:

The Leisure Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the leisure travel consultants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality travel services to clients. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, managing client itineraries, handling escalations, mentoring the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized travel planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in leisure travel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and travel products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and travel CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in luxury/leisure outbound travel
  • Fluency in multiple languages (optional)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the leisure travel consultants in handling end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, sightseeing, insurance, etc.)
  • Review and approve itineraries, quotations, and bookings prepared by the team
  • Monitor individual and team performance to meet sales targets and service standards
  • Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints effectively and promptly
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team to improve product knowledge and service quality
  • Conduct regular team meetings and briefings on new products, offers, and policies
  • Assist in planning and implementing new leisure packages or promotional campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
