THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader Logistics Control Tower to lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering materials for major construction and maintenance projects.

In this role, you will;

  • Lead the strategic development of the Logistics Control Tower, aligning operations with long-term organisational goals
  • Act as the central coordination point for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring seamless material planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, project stakeholders, and external partners to support the successful delivery of large-scale projects
  • Work across multiple distribution centres to ensure statewide coordination of material requirements
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions to new systems and processes
  • Use data analytics to monitor logistics performance, report on KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Lead responses to supply chain disruptions, implementing contingency plans to maintain service continuity
