Job Description About the Role: As a Team Leader in our logistics center, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all operational processes within your area: Value Added Service (VAS). Together with your team, you make sure that quality and quantity standards are met to guarantee customer satisfaction. Working Hours: 16 Hours/ Week - Sunday + one day during the week. Your Responsibilities: Lead a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department Coach, train, and motivate your team to ensure performance and development Act as the main point of contact for operational and people-related topics Coordinate and monitor daily operations Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and report to the Shift Lead or Workflow Monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours Qualifications About You: Studies in Logistics/ Supply Chain area or initial experience in leading or coordinating employees (career changers are welcome) or strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes Flexibility to work on at least 3 sundays per month Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working Open and honest personality with the ability to build trust within a team Strong team orientation and a good understanding of people and operational processes Good German and English skills, both written and spoken Additional Information About your benefits: To best support your individual needs - whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of location-specific benefits: Hourly Salary: 17,88€ (+ sundays bonus)# Travel allowance: Not everyone lives close to our office, so we support your daily commute with a travel allowance on top of your salary.
