Description
Several years of experience in finance transformation, strategy consulting or finance leadership, as well as demonstrable success in building and managing complex transformation programs.
A deep understanding of modern finance operating models and finance technologies, coupled with the ability to translate strategic concepts into concrete implementations.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a hands-on mentality, and experience in working with CFOs and senior leadership teams.
Excellent German and English skills, confident demeanor (also at executive level), convincing communication skills, strong team spirit, flexibility, and implementation and change management skills.
A high degree of personal responsibility, independence and negotiation skills in complex situations, coupled with leadership aspirations, loyalty, enjoyment of working with colleagues and a willingness to develop new planning and working approaches, implement them in practice and support teams in doing so.
