These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for the planning, control and optimization of all processes in the areas of logistics, warehousing, transport and customer service.
• Close cooperation and negotiations with suppliers, producers, trading partners and customers.
• Monitoring of quality standards, stock levels, delivery dates, transport costs and the efficiency of logistics processes.
• Organization and coordination of warehouse processes, inventory levels, tour planning, and shipping and goods movements.
• Professional and disciplinary management and development of warehouse staff through coaching and training.
• Ensuring smooth and legally compliant shipping, export and customs management.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company guidelines and relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO).

You bring the following with you:

• Completed studies in the field of logistics, business administration or supply chain management, alternatively a completed vocational training with several years of experience in warehouse logistics or further training as a logistics master (m/f/d).
• Several years of experience in managing employees in the logistics or warehousing sector.
• Proficient use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of ERP systems or logistics-specific software.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and to coordinate multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• High level of commitment, resilience, team spirit and initiative.
