Your tasks

• They assume professional and disciplinary leadership of the planning team and continuously develop the planning processes.
• They are responsible for the multi-stage planning of silo product groups and filling quantities in SAP S/4HANA and ensure demand-oriented and on-time production.
• In this role, you coordinate the allocation of raw materials, intermediate products and by-products, and ensure an optimal production sequence.
• You coordinate the scheduling and monitoring of finished goods closely with sales and ensure a high level of delivery reliability.
• For defined product families, you will be responsible for overarching planning and coordinating capacities and production sites within the JRS Group.
• Using relevant key figures and reports, you can control inventory levels, analyze plan-actual deviations and identify optimization potential.
• Furthermore, you will participate in make-or-buy decisions and support cross-site capacity planning.
• You will actively shape the digitalization of production planning, further develop processes in SAP S/4HANA and establish uniform process standards.

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of production, logistics, supply chain or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in production planning and team leadership.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and production/capacity planning
• Experience in inventory management, key performance indicator analysis and process optimization
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• High communication, leadership and interface skills
• Ideally, experience in the digitization and standardization of planning processes.
• Good German and English skills as well as proficient knowledge of MS Office
