The Construction and Maintenance Business Unit is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive range of construction and maintenance services across the organisation. The Unit is committed to excellence in service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate advice while adhering to industry best practices. It also prioritises the development of innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable solutions to complex operational challenges. The Construction and Maintenance Business Unit undertakes works and services across a diverse portfolio of assets, including, but not limited to:• Roads infrastructure• Footpaths• Kerb and Gutter• Stormwater Drainage• Retaining Structures• Netted Tidal Swimming Enclosures• Traffic Management Facilities• Public Street Signage There are at least 3 vacant positions, and these roles will work out of one of Councils Depots located at Balgowlah, Cromer and Warriewood.
