Position: Team Leader – Malayalam Speaker
Location: Dubai UAE ( Karama )
Salary: Up to AED 3500 to AED 4,000 (negotiable based on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader -Immigration industry experience is mandatory - 1 YEAR fluent in Malayalam & English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the immigration sector, with strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a sales team toward achieving targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the immigration industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Looking for a Long Term max 2 years.
• Team Leader -Immigration industry experience is mandatory - 1 YEAR
  Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants/sales staff
• Set targets, monitor performance, and provide training/coaching
• Handle escalated client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report team performance to management
