Position Overview
We are seeking a Team Leader/Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our restaurants, mentor staff, and uphold our high standards of service. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about both great food and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and supervise team members in both front and back-of-house roles
  • Manage inventory control, cash handling, and operational procedures
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new staff members
  • Ensure quality and consistency in food, service, and presentation
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Implement strategies to elevate dining experiences in both casual and fine dining settings

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong skills in staff management, training, and development
  • Knowledge of POS systems (Aloha, Micros preferred)
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling
  • Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality
  • Experience in both casual dining and fine dining environments preferred

Hours of Operations

  • Daytime: Monday–Sunday, 7:00am–2:00pm
  • Evenings: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00pm–12:00am
